All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placement. However, as the candles are hand poured in small batches, this is subject to change.

Due to high volume during the holiday season, please allow extra time to process your order. 

Lost in the mail? We cannot refund for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address. Please wait a couple of days and if it hasn't arrived, please email

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipment services to p.o. or apo/fpo/dpo boxes at this time. A physical address required for shipment.
